My Super Green Smoothie Recipe

I decided to invest in a Vitamix this year and have so far done some great smoothies in the morning as a start to the day. I haven’t written down my super smoothie mix for you yet, and wonder why it’s taken me so long to do it. Here you go.
You will need the following:
1 cup of organic spinach
1 cup of coriander leaves
1 banana
1 apple
½ a large cucumber
Juice of one lemon or lime
½ an avocado or 1 tablespoon of nut butter of your choice
250ml of Almond milk or Tiger nut milk or coconut water

Blitz all in a blender and enjoy! Yum, yum delicious yum! :)
