My Super Green Smoothie Recipe

I decided to invest in a Vitamix this year and have so far done some great smoothies in the morning as a start to the day. I haven’t written down my super smoothie mix for you yet, and wonder why it’s taken me so long to do it. Here you go.


You will need the following:

  • 1 cup of organic spinach

  • 1 cup of coriander leaves

  • 1 banana

  • 1 apple

  • ½ a large cucumber

  • Juice of one lemon or lime

  • ½ an avocado or 1 tablespoon of nut butter of your choice

  • 250ml of Almond milk or Tiger nut milk or coconut water

green smoothie

Blitz all in a blender and enjoy! Yum, yum delicious yum! :)
